Wobbily bits!

Whilst giving the old girl a bit of a wash and brush up last night I noticed that one of the headlight surrounds seems to be looser than I remember. Having a bit of a poke around it looks as if there is some sort of securing / tightening mechanism at the front part of the surround but I can’t work out how to get to it.

Can anyone give me any pointers on how to tighten the surrounds or is there supposed to play in them?

There is a bolt throught the bottom that goes into the front wing, and it's held on with a bolt.... and three tubes of mastic...

Mine are held on with two 10mm nuts at the bottom and mastic at the top. Access is through the front grill opening. Later models have an access panel inside the wheel arch.

I think it is that bolt I can see and it appears as if it needs to be tightened I just can't work out how to do it. I can't seen any access in the front grill and nothing in the wheel arch either. I know I am missing something, just can't figure out what.
