Oh my god its on FIRE

Jumped in the car this morning and set off to work driving along not a care in the world when a realy strong smell of burning plastic starts to come through the vents. Oh fu*k so I pull over and stop at which point smoke is pouring out from the bonnet so out comes the fire ext and I slowly pull up the bonnet thinking I'm going to get a face pull of flames. Turns out one of the plasic bits that keeps the HT leads apart has fallen onto the manafold. How can such a small bit of plasic make so much smoke...... Anyway now off to get new pants and a strong drink

that was lucky,sometimes having those big gapping vents on the bonnet come in handy the smell comes in through the window if your lucky.scarry all the same,good fire drill though....

It might be worth getting some magnecor ones as they are supposed to stand up to the heat better.
I've had mine in there a couple of years and they look fine. They also have a 10 year guarantee
