The question of tyres choice is always being raised and here I hope is some good feedback on the New Bridgestone Potenza RE050

I have covered over 2000 miles in all conditions with my Chimaera 400. From bright hot sunny days to dark skies and rain flooding on the roads. I have started to become totally absorbed in the share fun of owning and running this fabulous car.

The New Bridgestone Potenza RE050 tyres spec’s on my car are 17inch all round with 215/40 on the front and 245/40 on the back.

In the Dry the tyres are very good lot of grip and the car corners wheel with no real problems from tram lining.

In the wet the tyres are also very good and I am delighted with there overall performance a very goods choice.

It is true that once Chimaera’s are mechanically and electrically sorted they are such good fun cant wait time Le Mans 2007.

However Dark clouds on the horizon, as I may have to sell this little Gem because I have to purchase a business car for work. Hoping this problem gets sorted with out affecting the Chimaera fingers crossed.
