Appreciation for a job well done!!

Hi all....
been an absolute age since i posted anything.. so thought i'd come in and give a few praises where they are due.
My 4.5 has been running pretty rough for the last week, so booked it into Fernies in Surrey for a bit of a poke around. Gotta hand it to Bryan and the lads down there.. they persevered all day to find the problem, replacing this that and the other and doing a fair old amount of road testing before finally finding the problem (dodgy Ignition pack). Replace the HT leads and Rotor arm to boot.
When Bryan said i'd notice the difference straight away he wasn't kidding... Goes like a train now and pulls like i don't remember.. must have been losing power gradually for a little while and just not noticed!!
So full on praise to Fernhursts!! As far as i'm concerned worth the 120 mile round trip every time!!!
Anyone else got stories of praise?? maybe we could start an appreciation thread!!
