Morning Chaps,

Silly question am sure but what does the button situated in between the electric windows buttons do? It is mounted across ways and seems to make a noise like the mirrors are being moved when pressed (but obviously not that)

Cheers.

Going by your description that button is not an original factory fit item - a previous owner must have fitted it for some reason. It seems to occupy the space where the immobiliser light normally sits.

It does have aircon but I thought that just operated off the dials on the dash?

might be the "fresh air" vs "re-circulated air"?

.....and it sounds like it is coming from the passenger side dash area/footwell.

Hello,

If it's the one I think you're talking about it a one touch window closer. There would be two buttons. One of them switches between left right and both and the other one just closes the the windows. If you activate the alarm system it should also close the windows as well. At least it does so on mine.

I always thought this button was on the side of the transmission tunnel on the drivers side.
