I am sure this has been asked before but am struggling to find specifc threads.Want to have clear side repeaters on my chim. i am led to believe they are mk2 fiesta. do i have to buy different separate bulbs or do they come as a kit.

If you have the later model Chimaera with the oval indicators then there are indeed the same as many recent Fords use. They just prise out and unclip. New coloured (or clear) ones usually come with bulbs, if not the same retailer will sell you bulbs which flash orange (I have blue bulbs in a blue repeater for instance - but they flash orange).

Halfords and any motorist discount with a Nova parked outside should sell these for about 7 pounds the pair. I have seen them for 3 pounds a pair ... I went for the 'quality' model

If you have an earlier model Chimaera you need to file a bit of GRP away to make the newer units fit, but they will with a bit of patience.

I bet I know what you'll be doing this weekend ...
