Does anyone know where I might purchase the above said switch? Tried all the usual places. Dont mind a used one if all else fails. Someone must have one lying round ! The switch is for a 99 chim and drives the guage.

Got mine from TVRcarparts about £50 i am told its TVR's own as if you put a rover one in it reads incorrect which is shame as they are about £10 .Here's Niel's e-mail address. rsmith4@btconnect.com

Errr you may be getting the wrong message or confused asking for the oil pressure switch when for the gauge you need the oil pressure SENDER. The switch is about a £10 and simply switches and turns the low pressure light out. The sender changes resistance with pressure and is around the £50 mark. The Chimaera has both.
