need some help, new to this

Can anyone help me out, i am new to all this, bought a '94 Chim six weeks ago, picture posted if you want to see it, very pleased with it so far apart from the speedo sticks at about 75, it stays there for a while when i slow down and then decides to move again, is it the speedo or the sensor, or both??? Also is there anyone in the new forest area that can be recommended for servicing etc. The car had only done 6000 miles over the last three years and had not been serviced either for three years, i used my local garage to give it service and it seems ok, in fact the more i drive it the better it gets. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would suspect the speedo itself.
You will have to remove the dash im afraid to get to it.
I would send it to speedy cables for repair.
