I've bought a load from the states for me and a few fellow Griff owners. They were considerably cheaper than buying them from Maplin but you can't buy the full set you need for a car, so you'd need to buy from a combination of the two.
I've no idea how long they glow for, sorry. They are in the garage waiting to be fitted at the mo but if I get a chance I'll have a look on one of the packets and see what it says.

The only question I cant find the answer to is how long they glow for ? Anyone know?
Ages and ages, probably years, it's just a small light bulb. I'm sure it'll burn out eventually, but if you've ignored the blown fuse for that long then that's probably not your worst problem.

Years and years ? but with a blown fuse it wont have a power supply - I kind of assumed that once blown the thing would glow for a few minutes, might still make diagnising of problems difficult. Can take quite a while to get to some of the chim fuses!
It will have 12 volts across the fuse terminals if it is blown, it will all be at the same voltage if the fuse is intact. I suspect they use a LED with a pretty big current limiting resistor so I agree that it should light for years and years off a fully charged battery. Seems a little pointless unless you regularly blow fuses at night and even then you will need a torch to change them.
