warning lights

I have searched for the answer but can not find it. On my 95 Chim the radio panel has the warning lights behind the 2 smoked plastic strips above and below the headlight/fog light buttons. They are red, green and blue. Does anyone know where to get these from? Can just the bulbs be replaced?
