Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find it in the archives

I have a 2000 year Chim 450 with PAS with Imolas - 16" rears and 15" fronts

My questions relates to the last chims made with 16" all round

1. Are the 16" Imola rims the same width front and back ?

2. Are they the same width as my 16" Imola rears ?

3. If the answer to 1 & 2 is "yes" will I be able to fit a pair of 16" Imolas on the front of my chim without any problems (steering rack etc) - can I use the same size tyres front and back

Thanks in advance

Chris

1.Yes

2.Yes

3. Yes/No

Click for some info.

I get a slight rub on full left lock, cured by not using full left lock

All info supplied applies to the faster more aesthetically pleasing Griffith

Answers to questions as per Seasider.

I did the same thing but with Estorils, 16" F&R.

Had to fit rack stops(from TVR dealer) and 225/45ZR16 tyres on front to avoid anything rubbing. Turning circle a little larger now but ok.

MoT testers tend not to like the rubbing bit as it can be wheel rim against lower wishbone, but a pair of 3mm spacers cures it. No need to extend wheel studs or anything too difficult. Spacers less than 10 quid from rallydesign or similar.
