Kind of depends on the bike, but I would have thought it'd fit in with both wheels off. scratchchin

Regularly put my Specialized FSR in the boot - wheels off (obviously) and the seat post out. It's a tight fit to the sides of the boot/wing so watch your paintwork.

I can get mine in, quick release wheels and seat post help! It's a Saracen 21" old-skool stylee mountain bike - none of this poofy aluminium or suspension nonsense - so it's quite a large frame.

I can get my giant xtc in the boot with wheel & seat removed. My commuter bike won't fit as the rear rack protrudes too much.

Bike goes in the boot no problem.

We took my brother in laws to him, wheels off, handle bar turned long ways.

Also go overnight bag in there and a few other bits and bobs.

Yep, definately. I can get my Santa Cruz Blur in there, just remove seat-post and wheels. No worries.

Take the spare wheel out as well if you have one!

Goddam, these are great cars!

You can get a mini-moto in the boot. There is a photo from BTaP 2005 of Burriana's prize in the boot of my Chim (it would not fit in the fezzer). I did have to take the DJ out and put it on the parcel shelf though.

I fitted mine in my Chimaera boot - with the spare wheel out & the roof on. I think I took one or two wheels off the bike to do it.

Take both the bike wheels off and you can leave the spare in situ.

Assuming like mine your car has it behind the rear light cluster - not sure if it would work if you had in mounted in the middle of the fuel tank like some cars.

my spare is in middle of fuel tank, no problems getting bike in with wheels removed.
