Very rough guide:
£3-4k for a absolute top notch windows out job & 2-3 weeks depending on workload
£1.5 - 2k for an ok job but not windows out.

Cleaning? I use Meguires car shampoo (dark pink colour) though and "decent" shampoo will do. Then I use Zymol cleaner wax which is very very minutely abrasive and will take stuff off like stubborn tar marks and staining from the exhausts, then Meguires Gold Wax for the top coat.
I personally would not recommend stuff like Auto Glym as it has too much chalk in it (polish your car and see how much white dust is flying around!).
Best option BY MILES ... get on eof the really good Zymol detailers to spend a day on the car. the will use a clay bar on the surface to get it lovely and smooth then use really good wax and it will come up shinier than it left the showroom
It also makes future cleaning an absolute doddle. £250-ish but it will last all year.
For the leather you need a just a decent leather cleaner, get all the grubbiness out of the wrinkles then a good leather cream to feed it. You should be able to get these at most car places.
