leda shocks, anyone have them fitted

My new chim has leda adjustable shocks on it, has anyone had and experience of these, what settings have people opted for ? looking at them they are adjusted by a dial on the side ?

Damm good shocks, if you ever want them serviced send to Dave at Gaz he and his main man in the assembly shop are ex Leda and service shocks for half the price.
He might even be able to steer you on setting up, but frankly anybody who knows whats what could set them up for you.
