flasher lamps to fast
Discussion
Sounds a bit odd. I would certainly start by removing each of the passengers side bulbs in turn. One might have no effect on the other two. If they all flash faster with one removed, then the fault must be further up the line. If one can be removed and the other two flash at the same rate, then there must be a problem around that particular bulb / part of the circuit. Just a thought to get you started.

Flasher units are designed to cause this effect to alert you to a bulb failure. As you have no bulb failure I would ask if you have replaced an indicator lamp? If you put a 5W lamp in instead of a 21W lamp it might have this effect. Also, check if all the lamps are as bright as they should be (compare them against each other). If there's a dirty contact on one of the lamps or its holder it may be preventing the lamp from drawing enough current and giving the same effect as if one lamp was out.
The above tests do not relate to the side repeater: that shouldn't cause this type of problem, even if the lamp has failed.
