Does anyone know how to get into the boot when the electric actuator doesn't work?
The main dealer told me how to do it but the hole he mentioned isn't where it's supposed to be. There is a bolt head so I'm wondering if someone has screwed a bolt into the hole, is it quite a small hole, about 6mm?
Also, which fuse feeds the boot release, I've tried bypassing the switch but that didn't work.
Please help, running out of petrol.

Sometimes it takes a few (or repeated) presses of the button to free the mechanism - especially after long period of non-use. Also get somoeone to apply gentle downward pressure on the boot when you press the button in case there's some xs friction on the mechanism.

If that fails email me from my profile.

Depending on how new your car is, you may need to drill a hole (mine doesn't have it either)
Is there any noise at all from the solenoid?
