Exhaust Modifications!!!!

Hi all, Have got the chimaera in many bits at the mo due to a major pre-summer overhaul!!!, I would like to get some more volume from the exhaust and I think the easist way is to take the baffles out of the middle box and put straight through pipes in??? Is this right? and has anyone on here done it themselves??

Everything I have read on here about doing this sort of thing suggests you end up with more noise and less go.

I am not... the 520 is dangerously close to failing noise tests due to the flames buring on the silencer over time so it is a new system for me...

Well if I'm lucky, mine might be de-catted by the weekend if I'm not it sounds expensive
