I have a 1995 4ltr Chimp and the fuel, oil pressure and temp gauges are all reading slightly low.
When the car is fuelled up,the gauge stops between threequarters and full and wont go any higher.

Has anyone heard of this problem before and are all 3 gauges connected (power wise)with a resister etc.

Im hoping that theres an electrical problem which is easy to fix.

Usually there is a voltage regulator which controls the voltage to the guages to prevent the reading from fluctuating with engine revs - I'd check the connections to this and if that doesn't work then possibly replace it.

Edited to say - sorry if it's your monkey in trouble - Have you tried asking a vet ?

There is no voltage regulator. I suspect it may be a bad earth or connections problems.
