Indicator / Main Beam Stalk.

Hi.
Have got the Leven stalks on the Chim, and had soome problems with the indicator / main beam stalk. It went odd, so had to take it off and make a short-term repair to get the indicators working. In the process, I've managed to lose high beam!
Indicator work, dipped beam works, and high beam flash works, but when I pushe the stalk forward to get high beam constantly, I'm left only with sidelights.
It has a GM logo on it - does anyone know what car this originally came from, so that I can source a replacement and "mod" it to get the Leven stalk fixed back on?
