My first week of TVR ownership
Discussion
And what a jolly nice time Im having aswell!!!
She was delivered to me nearly 3 weeks ago but went to Offords straight away for a service, bushes, ball joints, geometry, waxoil and cherry bomb conversion (naturally)
Got her back last weekend and wow, what a car, what a noise, what an amazing allround driving experience.
Not sure if these pics will work.

Eh????
Thanks for the comments and indeed thanks for all the useful advice posted up here. I've been lurking for a few months absorbing all the info posted here. It was certainly helpful when buying the car.
I was rather struck on the colour. (the photos don't really do it justice. Its a Pearl white so depending on the light looks white, cream or silver)I think the lighter colours emphasise the curves of the chim rather nicely. I took her out this morning as Im off work with man- flu. I can't stop myself grinning like an idiot. It must sound mean because a dreadlocked tree hugger looked at me in complete disgust as I fired it up in the petrol station. I promptly sped off before he could lecture me on the negative effects the TVR was having on my carbon footprint.
One last thing, about 4 weeks ago on my way to Luton/ Baldock on a sunday, I drove past a large pub carpark full of TVRs. Unfortunatley I didn't have time to stop and look. Was that a regualar meet or some one-off event? I think it might have been on the A504/ A505???
Many thanks,
Paulo.

As you gain experience with your new toy you will learn to appreciate the dark side. Should you happen to spot a tree hugger it is required that you rev hard just to check the Oil pressure and such before then pulling away at full chat ;-). And remember it is illegal to drive a TVR between buildings in town without giving it some beans - look on this as doing your bit to reduce road casualties as everyone will look around and see you coming thereby avoiding walking out into the road and becoming a statistic.
