I have replaced all my rubber seals round the doors and screen and hood- wacked the seals on and have two probs:

1. Where the seals end- near the roof base at the door tops and the areas round under the door near the wing (where the seal runs upside down) TVR have used what looks like a black liquid rubber that sets hard.

I need some of this! just normal silicone wont work as it goes to "bitty" and peels off under regular contact (like opening a door) where so i get a liquid based hard setting flexible rubber goey stuff???

2. Also there a small gap between the window frame and the rubber on the edge of the screen- its tight at the top but the window runner bows fractionaly different to the screen curve so halfway down it gaps a little.

First idea is to stick some extra rubber on to the window frame so when it shuts it butts up tight....any better ideas?

question 1-sorry cant help, question 2:-if its what i think you mean, try removing seal then putting some length of elecrical coated wire inside seal in affected area before pressing the seal back on into place.this effectively makes the seal sit further out and will fill gap.youll have to experiment with different thicknesses of cable to get a good seal i suspect, but its easy enough.

Try this stuff, it's what I used inside the door seals, and the rear lights, and anywhere else I wanted to keep dry.

It might be Sikaflex, available from most good motor factors and some rubbish ones too.

It is Sikaflex. If you have a PartCo near you, they stock it (in various colours)
