Temporary rear window repair required.
Discussion
I have to use the car this Thursday/Friday for a work related golf advent as her in doors has an Audi TT and the two golf bags don’t fit.
The rear window has come away from both sides and the top stitching (I’m waiting for a local dealer to confirm a slot to repair it) but I don’t want to turn up with Jack Duckworth stile tape all over the car.
If the weather is good I can leave the hood down but the car will be in the hotel car park over night.
Any ideas?

As a temporary repair you could use clear sealant (£3.99 from Homebase/B&Q). If you align the window and fabric side by side and place the sealant over the join until it sets it will 'glue' the two sides together with a waterproof seal. Don't know how long it will last but I read somewhere (think it was here on PH) that someone has been living with such a temporary repair for a year or more!
