new rear screen needed... horsham and west sussex area

hi all,

i know this gets requested every now and again but i can't seem to find a post that actually mentions any names or numbers of people who replace rear screens in the horsham and west sussex area...

anybody have a recommendation with approx cost?

I have just put a note about this on the TVRCC Chimaera site.

Try Polyfacto in Hailsham (just inland from Eastbourne) 01323 841399.
I was talking to them about my parking roof idea yesterday and they said about £160 ofr a rear screen.
I don't know how that compares with others but it seemed OK to me, in my ignorance.

Si, waddya want to see out of the back for? All you need to see is who's ahead of you and how quickly your catching 'em up surely?

I had a new rear screen fitted in Worthing. Mark Thomas was the trimmer who did it. Tel [phone], mob [phone]. £150. My insurance company agreed to pay for mine under my windscreen policy so only cost me £50. Took some persuasion but I argued that if it was glass they would replace it so why not! Good luck.

I took mine to TVRFix (Ewell) late last year. I seem to remember they outsourced the screen replacement to someone - may have been reasonably near you. Anyway it came back a treat. I'm sure they'll let you know who it was if you contact them direct.

tis true but i do like to look back to see people struggling to keep up too...
