It is in the bible. either do it from inside the car leaving the cylinder in situ or remove the cylinder. I would advocate the remove the cylinder as you then can inspect the bore. No point in fitting seals if the cylinder is knackered.
Most of the dealers/independednt stock the bits. Don't throw the old one away as you might need to use the push rod (a lot of variation out there) and worth getting a set of hydraulic unions as the old metric/imperial /sizes changed as well.
