I did an advanced search for "gaz gold" on the Chimaera forum and the results are below:

Haven't had time to read through the threads it brought up but they might help. I'm sure someone will be along in a while to add their thoughts.

You could do the same search on other threads (or even the whole of PH) as the shocks are not specific to Chimaeras.

I've recently had them fitted to my Chim and they've transformed the handling. Though TBH the same result would probably have happened with Protechs, Ohlins etc.
AFAIK the Gaz shocks from Derek (Gazman) have their valves re-worked specifically for TVRs but I'm not sure how accurate/true this is.

Same here, really happy with my Gaz, lots of talk about Nitrons being better but also cost more. Derek at Absolutley Shocks is who I spoke to Andy at APM fitted them. I don't know if my old ones were shagged or if the original shocks are sh!te on all Chimaeras, but really, really improved the handelling.
