Body to chassis bolts - torque figure

Does anyone have a torque figure for the bolts at the front of the engine holding the bodywork to the chassis?

Theres a torque setting...???

Just dont over tighten and crack the firbreglass!!!
Strange how the fron two bolts are not bushed like the 4 rear ones???
Think i might make that mod before i bolt the body back on....

Andy,thats strange mine were bushed i know because i removed these and coppersliped remade the earth on the O/S one toohow you gettin on Andy?Hi Spend

Not wishing to hijack threads...but...

Just waiting to get the chassis back from the blasters and then i can get that put back together. They have told me it should be ready friday so i should have all weekend to get the chassis rolling again. Then it is body back on and paint it...!!!

Intersting about the bushes...i am definately putting them in before i mount the body back on.

Are you guys on about 'thick' washers? I always called them packers (dont really know why?)

Andy, i think there made of brass and they have a knurled edge like there put there when the body is moulded.
