Some interesting wheels on EBAY for Chim/Griff
Discussion
was just browsing ebay (as normal) and saw these replica spiders with chim/griffith fitment. I wish I say these when I had my Chim, look great IMHO and cheap too

i'm not selling them by the way and have no idea who is, just saw them and thought they may be of interest.
PS - NICKP these would look great on my old chim if you still have it ;-)

7" width is okay for 205 front, 225 rear, so suitable for 4 litre cars. Couldn't run any wider tyre at rear however.
The main problem is offset - et25 is required for a 7" width so keep the wheels in pretty much the same place as the standard wheels. Those advertised are et38 so would alter the track and possibly rub on bodywork.

The beauty of Neil Anderson's factory conversion was the incorporation of bigger brake discs and AP callipers - those standard ,little assed, front brakes look a touch exposed behind these wheels.
