Rear Dive shafts

What is the recommened grease to pack the rear drive shaft couplings with, haven't got a copy of the bible to hand but it said something about 85grams of grease required. Is this correct with the later drive shafts car is a 1999.

Grey in colour,CV grease available from most motor factors get a 500ml tub,that should do ya.
