Help - Key Fob has disintergrated!

My keyfob has disintegrated ad I'm at work miles from home where the spare is! Thankfully I've left the roof off, if I do the immobiliser and start the car, will it stop the alarm sounding so I can at least get home??

Panic over, managed to put it back together again! Will teach me to take it apart at home!
