chimaera headlmap adjustment ?

Hi all, my chim has just failed its MOT on just 3 points all fixable by my local garage except 1 which they seem to be stumped on ....." nearside headlamp pointing towards ground" How is this adjusted please ? i have trawled through many pages but got nowhere so far, any help would be appreciated.

Depending on age of car mines a 96 ,Remove grille and you can access both bowls by reaching in and you can feel the wingnuts R/L/B.
My bottom screws were rusted solid so ended up replacing the reflectors and bolts.
3 Bolts have springs pushed over the bolt with a washer and 4mm wingnut.

oops i take it you mean the radiator grill then ? so no need to remove the cowls ? ......and if i did how's this done ?

Yes the radiator grill.
Just carry on you will notice two bolts with wingnuts again beneath the headlamp surrounds remove them the top is siliconed in.
The headlamps are siliconed aswell as a rubber seal you will DESTROY the seals when removing the bowls.
Remove the 3 small wingnuts and the bowl will come out.
Be carefull removing the glass as is NOT connected to the bowl only silicone and the surround holds them in.
Did this job last week on my own chim.
