Tesco 97 ?

So my local tesco has just started selling 97. Yes I know we are behind the times and 99 is the latest and greatest but still...I have been using BP ultimate 97 which is at least £1.06 , but this new tesco 97 stuff is only £1. Ok so the difference is only a few pence but Im all for getting the best value for money. ANyone tried Tesco 97 any comments before I try ? I know it wont have the additives pack that BP use so every 3rd tank or so will still be Ultimate to maintain the cleaning properties.

97 is £1??? Last time I filled up at Tesco two weeks ago in Purley, I paid 98.5 for Tesco 99! Shame they don't sell it anywhere near Brum or I'd run on it all the time given that I usually pay 105 for V-Power....!

Ran mine for a couple of weeks on Tesco 97 - first tank was OK but then she started running like a badgers rear-end - rough as

Back on the V Power now cos local Tesco doesn't have the 99 stuff yet. Shame really cos I'd get plenty of points on my clubcard!!

Filled up today to try it it 101.9p per litre - still at least 5p a litre cheaper then BP and shes running ok on it so far....
