Side Repeaters

Does anyone know which side repeaters can be used on a 93 Chimaera. I ordered some clear ones from ebay for a fiesta mk 3 but there sightly too big and I'd rather try to get some the right size than start filing away the bodywork

Wing indicators (oval type) Ford Fiesta Mk 3
Wing indicators (round type) Fiat Tipo/Cinquecento

I have more info at work, so i'll try and find out which ones you need.

my 97R has the oval type, I replaced with Fiesta ones. Old ones pulled out, new ones popped in, job done :-)

Thanks, its the round ones that were on mine so I've ordered some cinquecento ones from ebay.

Ok, well none of the major lighting suppliers list them for TVR. (no surprise there then ) i expected to find 2 different mounting sizes for the mk3 fiesta. but there was only the one size fitted as standard. i didn't check the fiat sizes. i thought i might have had some size diagrams of them, but i haven't. i hope your ebay ones are right this time.

I tried fitting the Cinquecento side repeaters at the weekend, and although the outer casing of the light looks the same, the internal body is slightly larger so wont fit in the holes in the wings.
Chimaerapages say the side repeaters from the early chimaeras are from a Fiat Tipo/Cinquecento but the Cinquecento ones dont fit and I cant find any Tipo ones, but does anyone know if the Fiat Tipo and Fiat Uno use the same side repeaters or whether I need to use a jnr hacksaw and some araldite!

It's a 93, I think the fiesta ones are on the later chimaeras
