Does anyone have any recommendations for tyre brand and can they also confirm the correct tyre sizes for the 5 litre tyres (same style as Griff) as there seems to be various sizes being bantered around. Many thanks. Peter

Toyo or Dunlop seem to be the preferred - just put Dunlops on the front via 'etyres' - £150 all in smile. Sizes seem to vary based on age of car/PAS/non PAS.

FWIW - my 500 is a 95-97 model with PAS - original tyres B-stone S01 front 15" 215x50, rears 16" 235x50. Good replacement are Toyo's on V rating (but s/be okay). You can fit 245x45 rears etc and some have 205x 55 or 60 on front so a wide variety of sizes.

Mine work well as o/e & are not too hard or bouncy, 50 is a good profile with plenty of grip from the width with oversteer if demanded.

Falken FK452s are a fantastic tyre.
