I have noticed that only one of my radiator fans is running when the engine temperature gets up to the temperature when they kick in.

I have checked all the 30 amp fuses in the fuse holder and all seem OK.

And the Horn still works.

What do I need to check next.

My car is a Chimaera 5.0L 1997 if this is any help.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help

wavey Hi and welcome
I'm no expert, but try checking the connector blocks on the fan wiring. They can be found under the fan housing, tucked neatly away. There is a set for each fan, make sure both are connected, and perhaps clean the connections.
No further suggestions i'm afraid.
Good luck

Swap the connectors over to isolate whether the problem is the wiring/relays/fuses or the fan itself. Make sure the connectors are good as well.

I had this a few weeks ago. Onn the removal chassis cross brace there are some more connectors. Give these awiggle when the fans are running and you may find you have a poor connection there.

I had the same problem. Turned out to be corroded connectors.
Have a look at this. It may help.

I also had the same problem, in my case it was because one of the relays had fallen out of the board.

It may be your fans are staged, my second fan only comes on when it reaches 85ish so it really has to get warm to notice. its a 96/7 500.
