Dash Instrument Lights

I'm at work right now and don't have access to any of my TVR manuals! My dash instruments (speedo, rev counter, petrol gauge, temp gauge etc.) are not illuminating when i switch the headlights on. Is there a fuse somewhere that needs replacing? If so please tell me where to look!

Switch by your left knee on underside of dash level with the boot release one.
Why oh why did TVR ever fit this, a panel light dimmer would have been logical.

Exactly why didn't they fit a dimmer switch. Although you can take out the fitted on/off and get a decent dimmer switch from Maplins.

Might do that, anyone know the Maplins part number?
