Shot blasting.

I was going to ge the chasis shot blasted before the welding work is done so that I can see every thing that needs doing. What soet of price have people payed to get the chasis shot blasted. I'll probably get it done again after the welding work so that it is fresh for whatever coating.

i paid £130 for shotblasting, zinc sparaying and powder coating.

Once you have the chassis stripped you should be able to see what needs repairing. Just dont go to enthusiastic with a sander as the round tubes are only 1.5mm wall thinckness.

Look at all the rusted areas and give them a wire brus to see if there is solid metal underneath...
