Hi All my names Ash
Just got my first TVR Chimaera
i was wondering if any one can help me with a problem i am having with getting hold of some touch up
paint. I am looking for a color called Cureton has any one got the color code for this please?
as i am having no luck with the number i have on my chasis(p422 A8888
could any one help me please?

There is a color file on the TVRCC web site that may help, also carizma is near you isn't it, they should be able to help, they can be seen at the monthly East-mid TVRCC meet.

do an advance search for 'touch up paint' there was a post on the subject in May 07 with some tips on where to go. The paint code is usually in your handbook. Good luck and welcome

Cureton Green is actually a TVR copy of a BMW colour - not called Cureton Green by BMW - something like Malahyde Green Metallic.

hi pop to halfords. After going to an ex tvr dealer who couldnt help me i popped to halfords to try and find my colour in their racks. whilst looking an assistant told me they could mix an paint with a code. imagine my suprise when they mixed a perfect match.

and yes i do occasionally work at the General in Barnsley and when i do i stop at the Tankersly Manor dont know if you know it?

Hello people,
Maybe i can try and help you match your colour as im also a new TVR owner and will be hoping to travel to Meriden for the next meeting.I own a local Chipsaway franchise and have lots of colour swatches available to ATTEMPT to match the TVR colours...and i do mean ATTEMPT as the nice people at TVR dont like to make it easy to find some colours and therefore the required formulations for me to mix the paint.....but hey life would be so boring if it was easy...
