Mine seems to have come off and the resulting "clanking" noise is a pain - any ideas on the size I need? I asked a garage to quickly fit a nut but they said "your gonna need a whole new drop link to get the correct size nut."

I cant believe that.

Any info appreciated.

Is that off an original anti-roll bar link or a modded Steve Heath one (not that I know it is different or anything at the minute )??

Hi, if for an original front drop link you need an M10 metric fine thread nut with a 1.00 pitch rather than a standard metric thread.
I know this as my replacement TVR drop links came without nuts!
Get them from any good fixings supplier, my TVR dealer did'nt stock them.

confused
I doubt very much that the drop link manufacturers make their own nuts!!

Good luck in your search - sounds like pennies against £££...

Thanks everyone

Problem solved by local garage having a matching nut - 49p.

Again - thanks to all.
