Advice to solve lumpy erratic idle speed, narrowed it down to running rich I think the spark plugs are quite coked and two are wet. ( third set!!)

Is there any sort of mix adjustment anywhere. Please help

I don't want to completely retard it because it runs so sweet above 1000rpm onwards and goes like stink!!

Thanks guys

You need somebody to go through it methodically and find out what's wrong. If it's running rich the throttle response will feel fine but you'll be down on power, poor fuel consumption and potentially accelerated engine wear. No doubt you'll get people tell you they had the same problem and X fixed it but there are lots of potential causes for this problem and you need to track it down methodically, or get an expert to do it for you.

Start with the DC voltage setting on the airflow meter. Makes a big mixture difference at low RPM. Also the water temperature sensor makes it rich if the resistance is wrong but Ive only seen it really rich (as you describe) with the airflow meter disconnected.
