How bad is the old one

Repair is probably cheaper, s/hand go for £450 complete

Its gotta be fixable as Incorrigable says (unless its in lots of small pieces)...fiberglass matting and gelcoat must be cheaper than a door. If you do need one though, the Factory can doubtless lay you one up from the original moulds, and going on what they wanted to quote me for a battery box cover (£15), it shouldn't be too expensive..
