I usually get between 140 and 170 miles on a full tank of Shell V Power in my 500 Chim (with Mark Adams Tornado fitted) mainly town driving (80%) or BLATTING it when I get some open space..

Put £30 in when tank was empty did 115 mile trip to humberside with the TVR club today and i was'nt hanging about put some more in for the rest of the day and had just under a quarter of a tank.
Guess i could of done 150 miles before running out.
Hope that's a guide for you.

Surprised to read about people talking about mileage in terms of quarters of a tank - if their gauges are as accurate as mine then the standard error is probably plus or minus 50 miles! Fill it up (although even that in itself creates ambiguity as it's difficult to know when the tank's full unless it's running down your leg as you manoeuver the nozzle around to try to get a decent flow-rate), drive a hundred miles and fill it up again. It's the only way.
