On the front Top Ball Joint I'm having trouble getting the nyloc to do up on the tapered joint on the top of the hub, is there a special way of doing this / forcing the tapered joint together to create enough friction to stop it spinning.
Generally torque the suspension / running gear stuff up with weight on the wheels. IIRC someone did mention getting BJs with the wrong taper a while ago??
Use some washers under the nut to draw the taper in without running into the locking portion of the nut, once the taper is locked, undo nut and remove the washers.
