I'm getting married next year and want to arrive in my P&J obviosuly. The problem is that her roof and leather are looking rather worn now.

I'd like to replace the hood and get the leather refurbed rather than replaced.

Does anyone know the costs invloved in doing this and any recommendations around the SW London / Surrey area?

Thanks smile

Yeah, couple of days ago on my faded hoop! Works well, just do as instructed on tin (bottle) and send a piece of leather for them to make a correct match. So, yes, I thought it did the job well.

It doesn't last very long though.

If your seats are in a bad way get them recovered - about 250 pounds per seat.

Totally agree with seat recovering...didnt use mine on the seats, so guess I cant comment here.
Having said that a corrado owning mate of mine has used them on his seats and has worked brilliantly, been on ages, still looks good and used heavily every day!
Prep is key, as with most things, I suppose.....

Hood refurb for a Chimaera/Griffith can cost from 350 pounds (DIY) up to 650 pounds (bespoke fit).

Don't know about VW front-wheel drive Corrados though.
