Can anyone help
I have a problem with my Chim,over the last couple of weeks when putting my foot down in 3rd or 4th the car hesitates then suddenly picks up to how it should be , however today driving home from work it started doing it in 1st and 2nd and felt like when pulling away in 1st that i was in 4th or 5th gear.
Also the engine sounded different and it felt like the engine was going to cut out.
The only thing i can can liken it to is that it fells like its being starved of fuel.
where do i start???

I had similar a couple of weeks back. Checked all the obvious... dizzy cap, leads, plugs, nothing. Fuel cap also sometimes causes a bit of a vacuum so it is now half loose. Unplugged the ECU and re-plugged.... it's been like a baby ever since. Not saying it's a scientific resolution but it certainly seems to have helped/
