Yes I know it's rather early to be talking about this event but the Chimaera ownership needs your help. For personal reasons I am unable to run this event anymore but I'd hate to see it fade away just because I can't run it going forward. The planning of the 2008 calendar will commence shortly and I have agreed to hand over information to any willing Club member who believes they have the aptitude to take on the organisation of this event.

I have found three possible replacement venues for Chimfest '08. A new venue is needed because Sandon Hall management got too greedy this year and didn't impress me with their attitude either.

I have not been able to post this on the TVRCC forum because my logon doesn't work anymore.

Please PM me if you fancy giving this a go.

Thanks for the last two years Bob you did a grand job. I hope someone can take this on and dedicate the time needed to pick up where you left off. thumbup

How about Cosford, very central and free entry. Not so many speed cameras either.
