I was carrying out the usual checks on the Chim yesterday and was having a nose about under the front end. Having entered via the lower apertures and lodged at the bottom of the radiator there was - the usual autumnal detritis (i.e. a number of large leaves, an empty sweet packet and a large lump of polysterene. I'm aware that the pre facelift Chims could be fitted with a mesh grille. I'm not aware of anything similar for later models .... unless anyone knows better!

Agreed - I don't particularly like the look of the mesh grille but from a practical point of view .....

Can't imagine anything looking worse than the contents of a rubbish bin adorning the front end.

I have the odd leaf in the front but to be honest I don't ferret around in there!

Just lulling it into a false sense of security before you buy that combined harvester you've always promised yourself? evil
