My driver side footwell carpet has gone threadbare in the usual places - where can I get new ones from? Tried coverdale but was wandering if there are any other companies that do them (Leven?) as coverdale don't supply them with the velcro on the end to stop them slipping. Need Navy Blue.

If that's the only problem you can get a big roll of velcro in B&Q for not much money

Try customcarwizard on ebay - they do tailored car-mats for TVR's amongst others. This is not exactly what you are asking for I know but they fit over the carpets very well and because they are a snug fit they don't move around and hence don't require additional fixing. From memory I think navy blue was an option although mine were ordered in green - For £20 all in they are fine although I accept they are not the best quality as you would imagine at that price - there was a heavier grade quality for about £35 which might be worth considering.
