Just sold my Chimaera - bye bye and thanks everyone
Discussion
Just a quick post to tell everyone on this forum that I'll be leaving for pastures new as I sold my Chimaera yesterday (I just hope the bankers draft clears ok!)
So, goodbye and a big 'Thank You' to everyone on here for all the invaluable advice over the last 2 1/2 years.
Cheers!
John
(PS: I'll still be popping up from time to time on the other fora, just don't know which ones yet - maybe Jaguar, maybe Lexus, maybe even Volvo (?!). A big comfy barge beckons I think.)

Good luck out there in the wilderness! If you need a big comfy barge then what better to take care of you than a Jaguar. Try the V8 4.2 litre XJR. Read the Jag forum to make sure you know a bit about the nikisil issue (pre 2001 on the V8 versions) but these cars are seriously fast and you will love them! I had the 6 cylinder version of the XJR for 6 years and it is a truly fantastic car but as a Chim owner (former!) the V8 may be a little more punchy!
Enjoy
