My advert scammed - well done PH

Hi guys,

Thanks to the guys who told me my ad was being scammed and thanks to PH for reacting quickly (twice). Just to see what would happen, I emailed the guy who claims to be selling my car, and you may be interested in the exchange ....

There are some sods (etc) out there.

I work for a courier company (like TNT/DHL/FedEx/UPS but smaller and better!) and we get a small but steady stream of people contacting us asking when their package is going to be delivered. They've sent the documentation fees, insurance fees and delivery fees by Western Union as instructed and now want their parcel delivered. It's never nice to break the news to them...

I have just had a close escape from this scam, it may be plain to some people but when you are blind to it as i am due to the passion to own a TVR its easy to get sucked in. I hope these details help

I am going to the bank this morning (approx 6 hours). I will email you when i have transfered the money, should be 10.30am uk time. Can you just confirm to me that the car is the one advertised on pistonhead as Chimaera 4.5 litre Porsche Iris Blue 1999 46000 miles, if not which one. Here are my terms:
i decided to close the deal through www.escrow-europa.com which is the safest way to buy and sell online.it is the only escrow company recommended by all sites.

If you don,t know how escrow europa works i will explain it for you:
1.buyer and seller agree to the terms of the transaction
2.buyer makes payment to escrow europa
3.seller ships item to buyer
4.buyer aproves item (15 days inspection period)
5.seller is paid

As soon as i receive the confirmation from escrow that the funds have been deposited to their account, i will immediately fly to UK .
Then i can meet you to show you the car or i can ship the car to your adress.
