16" 5 Stud Wheel Conversions

Does anyone know any companies, preferably in the Midlands/Southwest, that offer the 5 stud wheel (+ brake?) conversions that used to be offered by the factory?

I believe TVR Power do a spider, hub and brake conversion for not a huge amount of money... (might be wrong though).

I believe Sportmotive do the conversion. They are in the Stoke area.

I thought one of the Indies west of the Pennines offered the conversion, the AP brakes are not cheap BTW (may cost as much as the factory charged for the complete conversion!)
